Terms of Service

These terms govern a law firm's use of BankruptPro, a service of AI Visionary Group LLC (“BankruptPro,” “we,” “us”). By starting an intake, submitting the start form, or using a self-serve intake page, the firm agrees to these terms.

The service

BankruptPro prepares a Chapter 7 case file from a client's intake answers and, where the client connects a bank account or uploads statements, their bank transaction data: a computed means test, a signed statement packet, a trustee-flag review, a creditor list, and a case-data export. The file is delivered to the referring firm for review by licensed counsel.

Not a law firm

BankruptPro is not a law firm and does not practice law. Nothing we produce is legal advice to the firm or its client. Every computation and every flag is a review note for counsel, not a conclusion, and nothing is communicated to the client beyond the intake itself.

The firm's responsibilities

The referring firm is responsible for reviewing the finished case file before relying on it, for the accuracy of any information it provides directly, and for all communication with its client about the case beyond the intake flow itself.

Fees

Done-for-you: $149 per delivered file. The first file is free. There is no subscription and no minimum — a file never delivered is a file never billed.

Self-serve page: $149 per month for the firm's own intake page. Cancel at any time by replying to any BankruptPro email.

No contracts, no setup fees, cancel anytime.

Cancellation

A firm may cancel a self-serve subscription at any time by replying “stop” to any BankruptPro email or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period; files already in progress are still delivered.

Data handling

Client data collected through the intake flow is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and at /trust.

Disclaimers

BankruptPro is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a case file will be free of errors, and every file is delivered for review by the firm's licensed counsel before use. We are not liable for decisions made without that review.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the “Last updated” date above will change with them. Material changes will be communicated to firms with an active file in progress or an active self-serve subscription.
