Privacy Policy

BankruptPro is a service of AI Visionary Group LLC (“BankruptPro,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes how we handle information about attorneys who use BankruptPro and the clients whose case files we help assemble on a firm's behalf.

Information we collect

From the attorney: name, firm name, email address, and any information submitted through the start form or the intake flow.

From the client: the answers given during intake, and — where the client connects a bank account — read-only transaction data retrieved through MoneyKit, or the bank statements the client uploads directly.

How we use it

Client information is used only to assemble the case file requested by the referring firm: computing the means test, building the statement packet, checking for the trustee flags described on this site, and building the creditor list. Attorney information is used to deliver that file, to follow up on an in-progress intake, and to respond to a start request.

What we share

We do not sell client or attorney information. Data is shared only with the vendors that help us provide the service — MoneyKit for the read-only bank connection, and Resend for delivering the finished file by email — and only to the extent needed to do so. Retention & deletion

Case data is retained only as long as needed to assemble and deliver the file to the referring firm. A client or attorney can request deletion at any time by replying “stop” to any BankruptPro email, or by contacting us directly; we delete the associated data the same day.

Security

Case data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Finished case files are delivered as cryptographically signed PDFs behind download links that expire.

No credit pull

Connecting a bank account through MoneyKit never triggers a credit pull. MoneyKit's connection is read-only: it can view transaction history but cannot move money.

Not legal advice

BankruptPro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Case files, computations, and flags are prepared for review by the referring firm's licensed counsel.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change with it. Material changes will be communicated to attorneys with an active file in progress.
